Nous passons de plus en plus de temps en position assise derri\u00e8re notre ordinateur au travail et nous utilisons de plus en plus la voiture.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Seconde cause des douleurs lombaires<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La deuxi\u00e8me des raisons, c\u2019est notre mauvaise posture qui est due \u00e0 un manque de tonification musculaire et peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre engendr\u00e9e par le stress.<\/p>\n<p>Alors, comment peut-on y rem\u00e9dier ?<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Quelles sont les solutions pour lutter contre le mal de dos ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Vous vous en doutez, la toute premi\u00e8re solution pour lutter contre la s\u00e9dentarit\u00e9, \u00e7a va \u00eatre de bouger plus : c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire d\u2019utiliser le v\u00e9lo, d\u2019aller marcher pour aller au travail, d\u2019 emmener les enfants \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole, de faire les courses pied\u2026 Et si cela n\u2019est pas possible, il faut essayer de trouver 15 \u00e0 30 minutes pendant vos pauses d\u00e9jeuner pour aller prendre l\u2019air, pour aller bouger.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Maintenant, comment lutter contre la mauvaise posture ? <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u00c7a va \u00eatre de pratiquer une activit\u00e9 sportive. Le sport va vous permettre de <strong>tonifier votre corps<\/strong> et de <strong>lutter contre le stress<\/strong> et d\u2019\u00e9vacuer votre tension.<\/p>\n<p>Le <strong>renforcement musculaire<\/strong> va vous permettre d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir de bons r\u00e9flexes au quotidien, pour am\u00e9liorer votre position assise et debout.<\/p>\n<p>Alors surtout, ne choisissez pas la quantit\u00e9 mais la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9. Ce sont des petites s\u00e9ances, tous les jours ou tous les deux jours, qui vont vous permettre, sur le long terme, d\u2019am\u00e9liorer votre posture et votre tonicit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Voil\u00e0 : ce sont quelques conseils qui sont simples \u00e0 mettre en place, d\u00e8s aujourd\u2019hui.<\/p>\n<p>Alors allez-y : passez \u00e0 l\u2019action !
