En r\u00e9action, l\u2019organisme devient plus performant dans la combustion des masses grasses pour en tirer l\u2019\u00e9nergie n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 l\u2019effort.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Alors au quotidien, cette adaptation du m\u00e9tabolisme permet d\u2019encha\u00eener des efforts physiques, sans provoquer les coups de barre li\u00e9s \u00e0 une baisse de disponibilit\u00e9 des sucres.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u00c0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle d\u2019une vie, elle permet aux personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sportives, de <strong>conserver davantage d\u2019\u00e9nergie<\/strong>, m\u00eame lorsque leur capacit\u00e9 musculaire diminue avec l\u2019\u00e2ge.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Conclusion, d\u00e8s la naissance, le corps se d\u00e9veloppe selon un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne d\u2019adaptation. Les contraintes impos\u00e9es par l\u2019activit\u00e9 physique lui permettent d\u2019am\u00e9liorer ses capacit\u00e9s<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Donc, pratiquer un sport r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement enclenche un cercle vertueux. Bien entendu, en restant dans une activit\u00e9 mesur\u00e9e procurant une bonne fatigue.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Inutile de pousser l\u2019organisme !<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Par compte, pour les personnes qui se remettent au sport, le corps a besoin de suivre un rythme progressif pour s\u2019adapter.
